Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date (or gifting date).

Custom Orders: All custom and bespoke creations are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Custom Returns: Refunds issued to the original payment method are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping Fees: Initial shipping fees, return shipping fees, and exchange shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Responsibility: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
